Administrative Privilege Request
The Principle of Least Privilege, also known as principle of least authority, is an important concept in computer security, promoting minimal user privileges on computers, based upon a user’s job necessities. Most often, users only need minimal privileges for day to day activities. When elevated privileges are needed, the best practice is to use a secondary account that has the elevated privileges for the task the privileges are needed, and then returning to the minimal privilege account once the task has been finished.
Please submit the request below with your desired secondary account name to request elevated privileges.
